Economic Strategic Planning
Since 2006, one of the PEDC's major projects has been economic strategic planning
An Economic Strategic Planning Subcommittee was formed to coordinate the project.
The Subcommittee is co-chaired by John Palmieri and Bob Andrews. They need frequently to work this very important effort.
The Subcommittee did an initial look at the posture of the Town to assess where it is now and where we think it should be going. This effort was called Phase I.
Building on Phase I, the Subcommittee has gone on to Phase II to work implementing initiatives that were identified in Phase I.
Phase II is a continuing long-term effort that intends to look at making the Town's economic health better in the near term and into the future.
